Please describe your request clearly and provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity and locate your data, such as your device ID, user ID, advertising ID, email address used to contact us, game title, platform and any other information reasonably necessary to process your request.
We will use any information provided for verification only to verify and process your request, unless you have provided it for another purpose.
You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by applicable law. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof that you authorized them to act on your behalf and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
- Response timing We will respond to your request within the period required by applicable law. In general, we aim to respond within 45 days of receiving your request. Where permitted by law, we may extend this period if reasonably necessary, for example due to the complexity or number of requests, and we will inform you of the extension and the reason for it.

Please include "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising" in the subject line and provide sufficient information for us to identify your device or account, such as your device ID, user ID, advertising ID, game title and platform.
Opting out of interest-based or targeted advertising does not mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. It means that the ads you see may be less personalized or less relevant to your interests.
You can also adjust advertising and privacy settings directly on your device.
Apple / iOS: Open Settings, go to Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and manage whether apps are allowed to request permission to track you. You may also manage Apple advertising settings in your device settings.
Android: Open Settings, go to Privacy or Google settings, then Ads, and manage or reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization, depending on your device and Android version.
If our Services support an in-game privacy setting, you may also use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or similar option available in the game settings.
Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in a manner required by applicable law and to the extent we are able to associate the signal with your browser, device, account or use of the Services.
